HOW IT WORKS

If you’re new here and you’re wondering what I offer, look no further!

I offer a combination of 1:1 therapy sessions, group therapy sessions, 6 week Mastermind courses and workshops. All of the above and done through Zoom which means that we can connect wherever you are in the world! 

 

Here’s a breakdown of each service that I currently offer. 

1:1 THERAPY

When booking a therapy session with me, you have the option to either book a single appointment, a block of 6 sessions or a block of 12 sessions. Often people will book a single session if they’re looking for a one off chat, they just want to ask some questions or perhaps to see if we are a good fit before they commit to a block. Sometimes, people simply prefer to pay as they go, which means they can book multiple single appointments as they please.

If you’re booking a block of 6 or 12 sessions, these can be spaced out as you please. Most people opt to see me either weekly or bi-weekly though I’ve also had some clients who prefer one appointment per month. This is completely your decision though I often recommend bi-weekly as a nice middle ground.

If you’re booking a block of sessions, you’ll book your first session with me when you pay and you’ll then receive a separate email with a link to book in your remaining sessions. Sessions are 50 minutes long.

GROUP THERAPY

Group therapy sessions are available for 4 people and are also via Zoom. The sessions are led by me and each person gets a chance to speak and share their difficulties.

 

These sessions are a wonderful option for people who are looking for a sense of community and to reach out to like minded individuals.

 

These sessions are 60 minutes long. 

MASTERMINDS

My Mastermind courses are available for up to 100 people. Each Mastermind lasts for 6 weeks and consists of 6 Zoom calls (1 per week) where I guide you through all of the tips, tools and knowledge to recover from your health anxiety.

 

The sessions are set out as a workshop/lecture format meaning that it is just me talking, though there is a chat section where attendee’s like to interact with each other and ask questions.

 

Each session is 60 minutes long and all sessions are also recorded, so everybody who has booked on will have all 6 recordings to watch back at their own convenience.
