HELLO

Hello! I’m Cherelle, I’m a Mum of two from Wales in the UK and I’m a health anxiety therapist who suffered (but thankfully recovered) from my own debilitating health anxiety. It was the biggest and most complex challenge of my life but once I had recovered, my path was simple, I just wanted to help others.

If you’re looking at this website, chances are you’re currently experiencing health anxiety yourself or perhaps know who someone who is. I know how tough and also how isolating this can all be but rest assured that you’re in the right place. 

MY APPROACH

My approach is combining my own personal experiences and knowledge, a whole lot of empathy and understanding along with a newer behavioural framework called ACT (acceptance commitment therapy). My goal is to get my clients more comfortable with the idea of life’s uncertainty, surrendering to the unknown, to work on any problematic safety behaviours such as excessive use of Googling, to regulate their nervous systems and to create a personalised plan for recovery.

I have been fortunate enough to have worked with hundreds of clients through Zoom from all around the world and I feel honoured to be a part of peoples recovery stories. 

​

I currently offer 1:1 therapy sessions, group therapy sessions, health anxiety Mastermind courses that run over a 6 week period and the occasional workshop. 

​
